As our lead guitarist, Rick Dignard is fond of saying "I can't believe we are rocking in church!" Each of us has the opportunity to participate in positive faith filled music. Contemporary music plays a major role in our worship experience at Troy First.

The music team is dedicated to providing uplifting contemporary music. The team's mission is to serve and equip worshipers with relavant, participatory music as they seek to connect with God. Not only can we experience God's presence through music in worship, we can "take that music with us" into a new week.

Join The Band/Worship Team

So you wanna be a rock star? Well we can't help you there, but you can join us on our faith journey while having fun jamming. We are always looking for sound personnel (sound board and audio setup), powerpoint/tech crew folks, drama people, singers, and musicians of all types (piano/keys, guitar, bass, horns of all types, drums, etc.). We practice Thursdays at 7:30pm and Sundays before the services at 8:15am. We would love for you to join us. Please contact us with your interest.
